Please see the following message from the Board:
The previously scheduled meeting of the Greater Albany Public School board on Monday November 18th will be canceled unless there is a contract agreement to approve between the union and the district. We believe that 100% of the district's focus needs to be dedicated to resolving the contract impasse. In the event there is an agreement over the weekend, the agenda will be released Sunday afternoon.
In the event there is no contract to approve on Monday, the board stands ready to use the emergency provisions of the Oregon Public meeting law statutes to call a special or emergency public meeting whenever the contract impasse is resolved.
