The annual HEART to Heart Resource Fair sponsored by the Albany Homeless Enrichment and Rehabilitation Team and Community Services Consortium is scheduled for May 18 at the Boys & Girls Club.
The event provides health resources and information for individuals and families in Linn County who are homeless or living in poverty.
