Built in 1977, Periwinkle Elementary School is in its fourth decade of proudly educating Albany children. Periwinkle occupies a 5.4-acre campus next to a city park in east Albany. Students participate in a wide variety of enrichment programs. Parents are a vital part of school life.

May 21st is the last "Early Release" day of the year. Students in grades 1-5 will be released at 1:25 pm. It is a regular day for Kindergarten classes.
